Touched by Type 1 Launches Spanish Website to Provide Resources to the Community

Touched by Type 1, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support and resources to individuals and families impacted by Type 1 Diabetes (T1D), has launched a Spanish section on its website to better serve the Spanish-speaking community.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Type 1 Diabetes affects approximately 1.9 million Americans. Resources and support for the Spanish-speaking community have been limited, leaving many isolated and without the necessary tools to manage their T1D.

Touched by Type 1 recognized the need for more resources for this community. By launching a Spanish section on the website, Touched by Type 1 hopes to provide a more inclusive and accessible platform for those who need it most.

The new area features educational resources and access to Touched by Type 1's programs and events in Spanish.

Touched by Type 1 has always been committed to providing the best support possible to everyone impacted by Type 1 Diabetes. It is believed that this new section of the website is an important step in fulfilling that mission.
