Type 1 At School Program
Type 1 at School, a program from Touched by Type 1, aims to equip public and private schools, as well as education centers, with the necessary tools and knowledge to support students with Type 1 Diabetes.
Through the free program, school personnel can learn from Touched by Type 1's in-house experts, who are Certified Diabetes Educators and have personal connections to Type 1 Diabetes. They provide insights on the realities of living with Type 1 Diabetes, its signs and symptoms, and best practices for keeping students with Type 1 safe at school. All programs from Touched by Type 1, including Type 1 at School, are designed to create a positive experience for those affected by Type 1 Diabetes.
